Day 8 - Leaving for Edinburgh

After Cowal Karen and I drove to the Holiday Inn by the Glasgow airport. We had a reasonable amount of luggage when we arrived. Somehow though our luggage seemed to grow. Here is a picture:This does not include the suitcase I left with Eileen and Fraser and a couple of things still in the car.

Anyway, on Sunday Karen and I went to the Scottish Dance Teachers Alliance meeting. It was interesting. I had been to a regional meeting before but never a step lecture.

After that Karen helped me get on the bus for Edinburgh. It only took about an hour. Unfortunately when I got to Edinburgh I found the bus had been rerouted. It was not going as close to where I was staying as it usually would. It also started to rain. Luckily one of the other people on my bus helped me find the right bus to transfer to and gave me much better directions than the ones I had. I would otherwise probably have tried to walk and with so much stuff would never have made it.
